Throughout the produce and floral industries, there is incredible work being done by both individuals and organizations to advance our industry and our talent through innovation, collaboration and superior leadership. Each year, IFPA recognizes these changemakers for their contributions and accomplishments with an Award of Excellence.

The Advocate of the Year Award pays special recognition to one IFPA member company that serves as an advocate for the entire produce industry.

Award

This award recognizes and celebrates the life-time efforts of a dedicated IFPA member who has inspired, improved, and advanced the mass-market floral industry. Nominations close on August 16th.

Frieda Rapoport Caplan Women’s Catalyst Award

Award

This award honors a leader in the produce or floral industry who cultivates women’s potential by mentoring and providing a path for the leadership, development, and participation of women in the industry.

Award

This awards program pays special tribute to chefs and foodservice operations for their produce innovation, creativity, and all-around excellence in the use of fresh produce in the culinary arts.

This awards program pays special recognition to 20 of the industry’s top retail produce managers who represent the produce industry to the consumer and work every day to increase sales and consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables.

This award recognizes and celebrates the accomplishments of a Director or Vice President in the produce or fresh produce departments of a retail banner who has created and implemented a promotion for produce that successfully educates consumers and team members and impacts store sales. Five awards will be granted each year based on store count.
